Thursday another Icy snowy day, our roads here this morning were like skating rinks.

New Goodies = Mojo Boost!

I went shopping at Michael's this week and stocked up on some new goodies, there is nothing like new stuff to get the creative juices flowing : )

Over at 2Sketches4U this week Kazan has another beautiful sketch posted, and the DT has some amazing cards posted - you will have to stop by and take a look.

I used the Yummy Chloe's Closet by Making Memories (this stuff just screams spring! can't wait) Also the yellow felt flowers were cut out from a felt coaster I found in the $1 bins at Michael's. As soon as I spotted these coasters I pictured them all cut up on cards!! lol

This sketch was fun and challenging, I have had these little chipboard people for some time now and I finally found a home for them on this Valentine card.

1st Sketch of 2009 over at Sketches by Tamara

Over at Sketches by Tamara they have a great sketch this week! My very first card for 2009! It felt odd not making a Christmas card. But with Valentines fast approaching it was great to play with hearts again : )

Happy New Year!

A brand new year has come and so far I haven't been able to keep one of my resolutions to Blog atleast twice a week! This week the flu bug had other plans for me. But I'm feeling much better now and wanted to share some things. For Christmas my DH bought me the Cricut Expression - WOOT! I have wanted one of these for such a long long time : )






Also for Christmas as a tradition my DH and I Exchange Christmas Ornaments. I couldn't find him one I liked in the stores so I sat down in my craft room and made him one that I knew he would love. My husband is a HUGE Red Sox fan so I had some Red Sox Stickers and made him a one of a kind ornament!

I have also included the Christmas card I made for my DH which he also loved!! He said he was going to frame it : ) He is the best!
